Function:

Momentarily we are looking for an International Consultant based in Warsaw, responsible for HR Consultancy and Business Development.

Your tasks are market analysis and approach of customers, analysing customer business needs, translating in HR actions such as finding and retaining the right talent, giving the right training, organisational advice, …

You decide with the international and national team how to translate the business strategy into the daily operations of the Warsaw office.

You will report to the Senior Director of International Partnerships.

Profile:

Bachelor or Masters Degree 
Five years of relevant work experience (recruitment + other HR areas) in American or European companies 
Fluent in English 
Customer driven
Willingness to travel within Europe CEE (30%)
Proactive and hands-on
Eager to learn (HR, business and processes)
Flexible and organised
Proven project management
