The Team

Wim holds a Master in Political Sciences with a major in International Affairs.

In 1998 he started working as a research consultant at VanRam Associates. He continued this job in different sectors and for different positions getting additional responsibilities and studying HR in the meantime. When VanRam became TMP in 2000 he was asked to take up the responsibility of the Belgian Technology team of some 12 consultants.

De Witte & Morel was acquired by TMP in Belgium and Wim was lucky to move up and get the overall responsibility to support the growth of a small company named Cross, busy with body shopping IT people. As a Managing Partner, he re-organized the company towards talent search, founding the current structure with a strong focus on delivering total HR solutions.
