The Team

Marc Ramault graduated as a Master in Psychology in 1970 at the Ghent University and obtained an additional grade in Influencing Techniques.

During 13 years Marc acted as Psychotherapist and management- trainer, as well as a specialist in Court (Hof van Assisen). In 1984 he has made a major shift in his career, creating VanRam Associates together with Freddy Vanlancker.

It was in this period that Marc first got aquainted with Wim Van Kerckhove, who had joined VanRam in 1998. In 1999 VanRam Associates was taken over by TMP Worldwide and took up the brand from 2000 on. Marc was asked to act as the Managing Director for Benelux, which he stayed up until 2002.

Working as an independent management consultant he joined Cross as a partner in 2003.
