The Team

Kris obtained a Master in Psychology (industrial) and gained more in-depth knowledge about different HR aspects (on the job and via seminars) during her work experience.

She has worked in different companies within different sectors (insurances, telecom, retail, biotechnology) in the following HR fields: recruitment & selection, assessment & development center, competence management, training & development, performance management, setting up and implementation of HR policies & procedures.

Kris joined Cross in May 2008 to support us in the selection of qualified employees, HR consultancy and Assessment & Development centers.
